Due Palme Bagnara Salento I.G.P

The Gold of Salento, as the Fiano grape is defined.

Wine obtained from selected Fiano grapes harvested in the first decade of August, cooled to 4°C, destemmed and left in contact with the skins for 24 hours. Then must is fermented for 10 days at 15°C and decanted in steel prior to bottling.

Tasting notes:

With a bright and luminous intense gold color; on the nose are found nectarines, apples, citrus fruits, and aromatic herbs. Fresh acidity on the palate with a long and complex finish.
