Tasting note:

The bright appearance, with old gold and sandalwood, rose tones, is magnified by a fine ring of bubbles. Very refined and already showing great promise on the nose, the champagne develops a fine lacework of black and red berry aromas. Precise on the palate, it displays all the qualities of a well-made champagne of great elegance. Elegant, tasty aromas of ripe fruit will soon emerge from the delicacy of the rose petals. The long, full finish reveals a dense, tight texture, typical of the personality of champagne which impresses in every way (not just on the palate).
