Tasting note:

Bronze in colour with golden reflections. The nose is rich, indulgent and complex, developing aromas of hawthorn, mirabelle plum and yellow cherries. Slightly spicy with a touch of liquorice which arouses the senses. The attack is perfectly clean.

A generous champagne, full of summer fruit aromas and backed up by an attractive minerality. Perfectly balanced. As it moves into its tenth year, this distinctive and distinguished champagne continues to affirm its remarkable potential.

The Story:   Before his descendants decided to pay him the ultimate tribute, the William Deutz blend was the legacy left by the founder of the brand of the same name. Of all Deutz’ champagnes, this wine stands out the most for its powerful and distinctive character. It offers us a bright, glistening hue and a lively ballet of bold and brazen bubbles. A precise and intense wine with an aromatic spectrum complemented by a soft, smooth and complex texture culminating in the purest expression of the unmistakeable Deutz style.
